Rebel Propaganda

Sean McKee

Sean is a casual photographer living in Surrey, UK. He grew up around cameras and technology and is comfortable with all levels and formats of digital photography.

This website is simply a place for talking about myself in the third person and uploading my favourite pics, regardless of how I took them (or what with).

A hopeless gadget magpie, I am always looking for my next purchase, and intend to work my way through various lenses as I embrace digital photography further over the coming months.

Casting Call July 2015

I am looking for TFP photography assignments in the Surrey area to help network and advance my portfolio. Weekend appointments preferred. Particularly interested in working with the following:

- ANYONE wanting portrait photography

- Models happy to do TFP work to pad out or update their own portfolios

- Up and coming clothing/fashion labels looking for low budget shoots or new images for new products

- Musicians and bands looking for promotional shots

- Media / publicity teams

- Couples planning a wedding on a tight budget

- Car dealerships and motoring press/websites/blogs

- Local press tired of using drab stock imagery

- Extreme sports enthusiasts wanting 'action shots'

Recent: Wedding June 2015

Took reportage style informal shots at a wedding at Wadhurst Castle in Sussex, UK as the formal wedding photos were being handled by another photographer. Used the opportunity to put a constant F/4 zoom lens through its paces and 'pap' people from a distance. The first photo below was taken through a window and across a long garden. Suffice to say the lens did me proud, especially as this was my first wedding shoot.

Recent: Lens tests, various locations, Dec 2014 - May 2015

A few weekends spent trying to make the most out of the confused British weather and it's effect on a DSLR camera in terms of dwindling natural light in evenings or wet weather. Sneaky cameo by my nephew.

Recent: Purley Festival 2015

Quick wander around the Purley Festival on Sat 4th July 2015, before the heat and the pollen got to me. I was sensible to slap a load of factor 50 suncream on before I got there. Us gingers gotta be careful out there! Left: Joe Head. Middle: Giant bubbles! Right: The Cracked.
